She was born and raised in a small coastal town in Huelva, Andalusia. She has always had a fascination for the ocean, marine animals, and the conservation of the beaches where she grew up.
She studied Psychology at the University of Jaén and then specialised in HR in Seville. Finally, she graduated from the MBA at the Escuela de Organización Industrial in Madrid in 2018. She has been working since then as HR Generalist in different industries.
She enjoys travelling, getting to know new cultures and their gastronomies, nature and loves cooking.
Violeta joined Oceana in Europe in March 2025 as HR Specialist and is based in the Madrid office.
