As the Chairman and CEO of Art Weiss Industrial Properties, Matthew leads the strategic direction of the company, focusing on expansion and acquisitions in commercial real estate.During his 20-year career, Matthew has developed deep expertise in industrial acquisitions, construction, management and leasing. Matthew is passionate about philanthropy and founded his family’s giving vehicle, the Asher Foundation, which supports initiatives focused on marine conservation, youth education, and community support.
