The role: 

Oceana is seeking a Fundraising Officer to join the Development Department in Europe. Under the supervision of the Development Director, the Fundraising Officer will be responsible for the support of the team’s activities; assist the team in proposal writing; contribute to the preparation of donor reports; manage donor records using our CRM Salesforce; contribute to maintain donor compliance; and help in doing prospect research, amongst other tasks inherent to the position. The Fundraising Officer will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the organisation and specifically with the Campaign and Finance departments.
