ServiceGood Contract: Powerboat for the Swedish Postcode Lottery expedition
Fundación Oceana is planning to award the contract referred to above following its procurement policy. The procurement documents consist of this invitation letter, the object and general conditions set in Annex 1, the technical specifications set in Annex 2 and the award criteria set in Annex 3.
The tender must be sent with the reference number and the service contract name stated below.

The tender must be perfectly legible and drawn up using the guidance of the Technical Specifications document.
The period of validity must be clearly stated in the tender, not been possible to be modified. From the tender’s last date for submission, the validity should be of 3 months.
Submission of a tender implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents and, where appropriate, waiver of the tenderer’s own general or specific terms and conditions. The submitted tender is binding on the tenderer to whom the contract is awarded for the duration of the contract.
All costs incurred for the preparation and submission of tenders are to be borne by the tenderers and will not be reimbursed.
No opening of tenders / preparatory meeting is expected. During the pre-selection of candidates, contacts between Oceana and candidates or tenderers are prohibited throughout the procedure save in exceptional circumstances and under the following conditions only:
- Upon request, Oceana may provide additional information solely for the purpose of clarifying the procurement documents.
- Any request for additional information must be made in writing to the log/admin Oceana staff coordinating this tender: Ricardo Aguilar [email@example.com] and Rubén González [firstname.lastname@example.org]
- If obvious clerical errors in the tender need to be corrected or confirmation of a specific or technical element is necessary, Oceana will contact the tenderer provided this does not lead to substantial changes to the terms of the submitted tender.
Once the candidates are pre-selected, Oceana will set a meeting in order to visit the boat and review all specifications included in the offer. This meeting is part of the selection criteria and not a guarantee of selection.
This invitation to open tender is in no way binding on Fundación Oceana. Oceana’s contractual obligation commences only upon signature of the contract with the successful tenderer.
Up to the point of signature, Oceana may cancel the award procedure without the candidates or tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation. This decision must be substantiated and the candidates or tenderers notified.
Once Oceana has opened the tender, it becomes its property and it shall be treated confidentially.

 Oceana is not bound to reply to requests for additional information received less than 1 week before the deadline of this tender. Oceana may inform interested parties of any error, inaccuracy, omission or any other type of clerical error in the text of the procurement
